On Thursday, 27 November 2025, from 6:00PM-8:00PM, in partnership with the Multi-Faith Alliance organized by our local MP, Salma Zahid (Scarborough Centre-Don Valley East, we are hosting a public forum.

We invite you to this conversation on Mental Health, Racism, and Public Safety. Five resource speakers will speak on the topics of mental health, anti-racism, and public safety. Please take a look at the attached flyer for details on the speakers. Mainly, through this forum we hope for our community members to:

• Gain insights in the forms and impacts of mental health challenges, and resources available for support;

• Address what it means to be anti-racist, and explore practical strategies to combat systemic racism and ways to create inclusive spaces for all; and

• Learn about strategies/resources/tools available to ensure public safety of individuals and communities.
